Welcome to Dars Ul Quran Online Academy. These Terms of Service explain the conditions for enrolling in our courses and participating in our online classes. Please read them carefully before registration.
Dars Ul Quran Online Academy provides online Quran and Islamic education, including Quran reading, Tajweed, memorization, Arabic, and Islamic studies. Course availability, lesson duration, class frequency, and teacher arrangements will be confirmed before enrollment.
We aim to provide supportive and effective instruction. Learning progress varies according to each student’s starting level, attendance, practice, and individual needs. We do not guarantee completion within a fixed period unless expressly agreed.
Students must provide accurate registration and contact information and inform the academy of relevant changes.
A parent or legal guardian must register students under 18 and approve their participation. Parents or guardians are responsible for arranging a suitable learning environment and remaining available when assistance is needed.
Class timings and the applicable time zone will be agreed upon before lessons begin. Students should attend punctually with the necessary learning materials.
Please contact the academy as early as possible if you need to miss or reschedule a lesson. The notice requirements and eligibility for replacement classes will be explained before enrollment. Rescheduling depends on teacher availability.
If the academy cancels a paid lesson, we will offer a suitable replacement. If a replacement cannot be agreed upon, we will provide a credit or refund for the undelivered lesson.
The academy will confirm the course fee, payment currency, billing period, and payment deadline before enrollment. Any additional charges must be disclosed and agreed upon in advance.
Students or parents should make payments through the academy’s approved payment channels. Please retain payment confirmations for your records.
If a payment is overdue, we will contact you before pausing lessons. Any fee increase will be communicated in advance and will not change the price of lessons already paid for.
Where trial lessons are offered, their duration and conditions will be explained when booking. Participation in a trial does not require you to enroll in a paid course. Paid lessons begin only after the course arrangement and fees have been accepted.
You may request cancellation by contacting the academy through its official contact channels. We will confirm the cancellation date and explain any remaining payment or refund arrangements.
The cancellation and refund policy provided before enrollment forms part of your course agreement. Any deductions must be clearly explained and consistent with applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes cancellation or refund rights available to you under consumer protection laws.
Students, parents, and teachers must communicate respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, inappropriate content, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
We may pause a class immediately if necessary to protect a student or teacher. For other conduct concerns, we will normally explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it before ending enrollment. Any unused prepaid lessons will be addressed fairly under the applicable refund policy and law.
Students need a suitable device, a working microphone or headset, and a reliable internet connection. A quiet space is recommended to support concentration.
If technical difficulties interrupt a lesson, please notify the academy promptly. We will review the circumstances and discuss an appropriate solution, including rescheduling where possible.
Teacher assignments depend on the student’s course, learning needs, preferred schedule, and teacher availability. If a teacher becomes unavailable, we will inform you and discuss a suitable replacement or revised schedule.
Concerns about teaching quality, communication, or student welfare should be reported directly to the academy.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Students and teachers must respect each other’s privacy and must not share private contact details or class access links without permission.
Classes must not be recorded, photographed, or shared without prior permission from the academy and the relevant participants. For minors, permission must come from a parent or legal guardian. Any academy recording arrangement will explain its purpose, access, and retention before consent is requested.
Academy-created lesson notes, worksheets, presentations, and recordings are provided for students’ personal educational use. They must not be sold, republished, or distributed commercially without permission.
These restrictions apply only to materials the academy owns or is authorized to license. They do not claim ownership of the Quran, public-domain texts, or independently owned resources.
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill and work to resolve concerns fairly. Please contact us if a lesson or course does not match the agreed arrangement.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated before they take effect.
Changes will not apply retrospectively to lessons already delivered. If a proposed change materially affects an existing paid arrangement, we will explain your options before it applies.
